Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind; however, if the item does not meet the description provided (including sizing issues where the garment’s measurements differ from our size chart or the item is mislabelled), or is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, the item must either:
- Be incorrect compared to what was ordered,
- Be damaged or defective, or
- Not match the description, including sizing.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with details and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable remedy. In the case of incorrect or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If the item does not meet the description or is defective, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. For sizing issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
